Hi, I’m Steve Lessor, and I’m excited to welcome you to Resin Art!

This adventure began in 2014 when friends admired my artwork and encouraged me to share and sell them. I’ve always lived in Minneapolis’s west metro area, happily married to Deana. We’ve chosen a child-free life, and while Deana works at a law firm and manages my business accounts, I’ve turned our Hanover, Minnesota home’s spacious garage into my creative studio.

My journey’s been diverse. I studied electronics, spent a decade in the industry, and learned to invent and prototype – skills that have been invaluable. Then, I ventured into concrete cutting, learning to tackle challenging jobs and grow the business. Later, I founded Total Garage LLC, specializing in epoxy floor coatings and custom garage makeovers. Our latest hit? Metallic colorants for epoxy, adding a stunning touch to floors.

This inspired me to experiment with epoxy in art. Each piece I create is unique, blending colors and techniques to achieve effects that often surprise me when they finally cure. My art invites you to find hidden shapes and stories, much like cloud watching. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind conversation starter.
